Compound Design
We develop rubber material by our own database with considerations of customer requirement and environment.
Kneader Machine
The kneader mixer machine is a device that uses a pair of cooperating and spinning blades to provide strong shearing action, allowing semi-dry or rubbery viscous plastic to be mixed.
Openmill Machine
The machine is double roller opening used for rubber mixing. Colloidal particles are drawn into the gap of the roller which make relative rotation in different velocity to mix rubber.

Product Development
We review drawing product and develop process flow design. We employ such techniques as CAE
(for mold design) and CAD by Optimizing product or process design to meet our customer needs.

Evaluation Technique
We perform compound and product evaluation using our own test equipment. Also supported by EDC and Prospira Tetsiing Facility.
